Seeing 015 repeatedly is the most reported number experience people have. The conventional reading is that repetition is what makes it noticeable rather than what makes it meaningful — but the number itself still has a structure worth reading.
the 0 reads as potential rather than absence — usually read as an opening, and as a nudge to begin rather than wait; the 1 reads as initiative and beginning; the reminder that attention is creative, and that what you keep thinking about is what you keep feeding; the 5 reads as change, movement and freedom; it usually turns up when something has been static for too long.
A zero in the sequence is usually read as emphasis: the digits around it carry the message, and the zero turns the volume up.
Life Path 6 carries the sacred duty of nurturing, healing, and creating harmony within community and family. These souls are here to love fiercely, serve selflessly, and bring beauty into the world.
Reducing 015 to 6 is the standard move: it tells you which quality is underneath the pattern.
Frequency is easier to explain than meaning. What is worth examining is what you were thinking about the first time it registered.

Angel numbers are not read as good or bad. 015 points at a quality — what you do with it is the variable.
Mostly that you have started noticing it. The more useful question is what was on your mind when it first registered, because that is usually what the reading attaches to.
Only where it overlaps with something you already had reason to do. A number is not a reason to override your own judgement.
