Seeing 047 repeatedly is the most reported number experience people have. The conventional reading is that repetition is what makes it noticeable rather than what makes it meaningful — but the number itself still has a structure worth reading.
the 0 reads as potential rather than absence — usually read as an opening, and as a nudge to begin rather than wait; the 4 reads as structure, effort and foundation; the unglamorous work that makes everything else hold; the 7 reads as inwardness, study and discernment; the suggestion to go quiet and check rather than push.
A zero in the sequence is usually read as emphasis: the digits around it carry the message, and the zero turns the volume up.
Life Path 11 is a Master Number representing spiritual illumination, heightened intuition, and the ability to channel visions that inspire humanity. These individuals carry an intense frequency that demands both extraordinary gifts and extraordinary discipline.
What people usually respond to is the repetition. What carries the meaning is the root, 11.
The honest explanation is usually selective attention: once a number registers, you notice it everywhere. That does not make the reading useless — it makes the timing the interesting part.

Angel numbers are not read as good or bad. 047 points at a quality — what you do with it is the variable.
Mostly that you have started noticing it. The more useful question is what was on your mind when it first registered, because that is usually what the reading attaches to.
Only where it overlaps with something you already had reason to do. A number is not a reason to override your own judgement.
