Two cards are read as one sentence: the first sets the condition and the second says what is being done about it. The Magician and The World together read differently from either card alone.
The Magician represents mastery over the elements and the power to manifest your desires through focused intention. This card signifies that you possess all the tools and resources necessary to achieve your goals right now. It encourages decisive action and confident expression of your unique talents.
The World symbolizes completion, achievement, and cosmic harmony, signifying the successful end of a journey and integration of lessons. It celebrates milestones reached through perseverance and wholeness. Embrace this culmination as you prepare for new cycles.
The pairing is read as emphasis: The Magician names the condition, The World names the response it tends to produce.
If both cards appear reversed in a spread, the reading is usually about something internal rather than an event.

Combinations are not read as positive or negative in isolation. What matters is the question and the position in the spread.
Usually yes. Read as a sequence, the first card sets the condition and the second shows the direction.
Reversed usually means the energy is internal, delayed or blocked. Apply that to that card only, then read the pair.
